25th season
The Shakespeare Festival celebrated their 25th season, which is commonly known as the silver anniversary, so for this year's campaign I used a black and white palette with small hints of red. I photographed reflective objects to represent each show. This campaign involved a brochure design, mailable postcards, program layout, outdoor banners, web graphics and photography. I also used the titles of Shakespeare's plays to recreate the festival's traditional logo.
photography
Continuing with the theme of selective color, I provided some black and white photography of the cast with one element in red. For All's Well that End's Well, it was a bouquet of dead flowers. For Macbeth, it was blood dripping and covering the hands of Macbeth and his wife (fake blood, of course). I also photographed the dress rehearsals of each performance and captured some dramatic scenes and vivid color.
